in the last weekthe ladies were so kind and lovely. However my nails chipped less than a day later. I contact the salon and they schedule an appointment to apply again and less than 5 hours later they’re chipped again!! i have not had this experience at other branches. They called me again to say i need to pay this time. i clearly stated i did not use my hands for chores such as washing dishes, nor did i wash my hair within these 5 hours. i washed my hands ONCE when i got home. And the lady on the phone says its because i used my hands such as washing the dishes. AFTER i clearly stated that i did not. lol. If i wanted such quality, i can get these results by myself. Also i paid for a RUSSIAN manicure and this is by no means a russian manicure. Look at my cuticles!!! I love the loft, but the dubai mall branch has left me shocked. I saw other reviews of the same thing so i recommend the salon to check their top coat that they use, as this is a recurrent issue with many paying customers. i have had very positive experience in other branches, with other services too. But this is disappointing to say the least. VERY disappointing.
