PRO Nails & Beauty Studio – Business Bay Branch

I’m writing this review because I believe the salon has potential, but several ongoing issues significantly affect the client experience. I purchased a loyalty card that includes a complimentary hair styling service. Unfortunately, it has been impossible to use this benefit because the stylist is almost never available. When I asked to book the service at another branch, the administrators refused to arrange it. As a result, the loyalty benefit cannot actually be used, which defeats the purpose of purchasing the card. Another concern is cleanliness. During my manicure, there were many small flies in the salon, and one of them even got stuck in my nail coating while it was drying under the lamp (I will attach a photo). This should not happen in a professional beauty environment. During my last visit, I was offered a “2-in-1” instant coffee because the coffee capsules had not been delivered on schedule. However, coffee capsules are easily available in any supermarket. Situations like this unfortunately give the impression that the salon is not paying attention to the comfort of its clients. In addition, one of the administrators demonstrates a noticeably unprofessional attitude toward her work, which affects both the organization of appointments and the overall quality of service. The staff uniforms also appear quite worn out, which further impacts the overall impression of the salon. Taken together, these details create the impression that the higher management may not be paying enough attention to what is actually happening inside the salon and to the customer experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively and used to improve the service quality.

She was patient, precise, and really took her time to make sure the shape, finish and overall look were perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work.
