Review for hairdressers..Samap, Zoya and Carol. I called them crying at 9pm after having a terrible color at another salon and they calmed me down and ask me to visit the Salon anyway and Samap and Zoya worked on my hair till 1 am fixing the color and were very patient. Its been 6 months since that incident and I can confidently say am not trying another salon after this. Must mention that they are super patient with all my requests.

I came in feeling confused about whether to proceed with the hair treatment, but before starting, Ms. Zoya guided me very well and explained everything in detail, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Samad, who did my treatment with great patience and dedication, even though it was closing time. Honestly, such a great experience with Fozia! She did an amazing blow dry and the hair removal was super effective. She’s professional, fast, and the results were perfect. Highly recommend!

I went to a salon yesterday, to Hermosa Beauty Salon, and I had a very bad experience there. First, I saw an ad for an offer on Instagram, which I confirmed with their manager. I asked if the offer was still valid, and they told me yes. Then I confirmed that all the offers were valid, except one, the threading offer, which had some price changes. I wanted to get a facial and a haircut, so I asked them which facial it was, and they told me it was a derma facial. After that, I messaged them to ask when I could come, and they said I could come today. But when I reached the salon, their employee told me that the offer didn’t actually exist; it was an old offer. I told them I had spoken to their manager, and they confirmed the offer and even gave me the address. I traveled a long way, but then their employee said the offer didn’t exist, and the price I was told was 50, they were now offering me for 200 or 250. Then the employee messaged their manager, who refused, saying it wasn’t at that price and the offer was gone. I messaged their manager many times on the number I had been in touch with, but they didn’t reply to a single message. I called them a lot too, but they didn’t answer any of my calls. Earlier, they used to reply within 4 or 5 minutes, but after I got there and messaged them, they didn’t reply at all. Their manager didn’t respond, and I had a very bad experience because they lied to me, saying I could come, that the offer was there, and when I reached, I realized the offer wasn’t real. Really so so disappointed, they are doing scam just to get clients at their salon. Frauders
