2 months agoI visited this salon three months ago for a hair treatment performed by Jayakailas. Since then, I have experienced severe hair fall, excessive breakage, and significant hair damage. Despite paying premium prices compared to many other salons in the market, my experience has been extremely disappointing. For context, I have been undergoing similar hair treatments twice a year for many years now and have never experienced anything remotely close to this level of hair fall, breakage, or damage before. The current situation is so horrible that my hair volume is reduced to 50% in 3 months. As a result, I have had to seek medical treatment and have already spent approximately AED 6,000 on consultations, investigations, and treatments, yet my hair has still not recovered. I initially contacted the salon politely and suggested that they should evaluate the products or treatment used so that others should not experience the same.However, instead of investigating the issue, the blame was on me that the problem was due to my hair quality, possible vitamin deficiencies, and various other reasons. No accountability was taken for the outcome of the treatment. As I am a medical practitioner, I underwent comprehensive blood tests and medical evaluation to rule out underlying causes. My reports were normal, and my treating doctor did not identify any deficiencies that could explain the sudden onset of these symptoms. I informed the salon again of these findings, but I never received a response, follow-up, or even an apology from either the owner, Samina, or the service provider, Jayakailas. Based on my experience, I found the customer service and aftercare extremely poor. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking professional hair treatments.
