in the last weekCame here after seeing a 199 AED manicure + pedicure offer. I did a pedicure first and paid 209 AED in advance for the package. I wanted to do the manicure the same day, but they said the technician’s shift had ended and convinced me to come back the next day. I came at 4:00 pm and had to wait 35 minutes. It was a different technician, and while waiting I saw her work — the quality was poor and even her client seemed unhappy as they were redoing it. I decided to cancel the manicure and asked for a partial refund, but they told me the 209 AED was only for the pedicure, which was not what was agreed. Unprofessional and misleading pricing. Not recommended.
