Very disappointing experience. I came in the day before specifically to ask the hairdresser how much a blow-dry for my hair would cost. He quoted me 260 AED. I came back the next day, with the exact same hair, same length and same extensions, had the service done, and only when I reached the cashier was I told the total was 490 AED. The explanation was 300 AED for long hair, 130 AED extra for extensions, and 60 AED for shampoo. So the extensions are effectively being charged twice: once through the “long hair” price, and again as a separate extension surcharge. But the main issue is simple: the hairdresser himself quoted me 260 AED after seeing my hair. If that price was wrong, that is an internal issue for the salon to handle. It should have been corrected and clearly communicated to me before the service started, not after the service was completed when I was already at the cashier. When I reminded him that he had quoted me 260 AED, his response was: “Did I say that?” and later: “I’m only an assistant, I was told what to charge you.” A salon cannot quote a client one price, perform the service, and then nearly double the amount at checkout because of charges that were never disclosed beforehand. Extremely poor pricing transparency and very unprofessional.

Its the worst experience I have ever seen not experienced stuff very bad gelish.

Good service

I had nails, lashes and brows service. The brow service was good and the lashes had good retention although were a little too glam for me. However the nail service was very disappointing, I was nipped on several toes. The gel lifted and peeled within a week. When I complained regarding varnish lifting and peeling, I was advised I would be charged per nail to be fixed. I will take my custom elsewhere.
