2 weeks agoI had a wonderful experience at this beauty salon. I got eyebrow permanent makeup, brow lamination, hair coloring, haircut, hairstyling, and a manicure and I’m very happy with the results. Raed did an amazing job with my hair, Gulya was very professional with my manicure, and Nargiza shaped my eyebrows beautifully with both permanent makeup and brow lamination they look flawless and natural. A special thanks to Mr. Rami, the owner, for the warm welcome and great hospitality.✨ The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, and the salon is clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.🌸

3 weeks agoHonestly, it was a terrible experience. I visited the salon for the first time to change my hair color, but unfortunately, the result was disastrous. My hair was visibly damaged, and the color turned out completely off. After I complained, they asked me to come back for a second color correction, which they did. However, after just two washes, the color was back to its original state—faded and rusty, as if nothing had been done at all. Most importantly, my hair was severely damaged, weak, and burnt, which is completely unacceptable. When I went back and asked for a solution, I felt that their only concern was the product itself, with no real regard for the condition of my hair or customer satisfaction. Their prices are very high compared to other salons, and yet the quality is extremely poor.
