a month agoDear Owner, I am writing this review because I believe you should be aware of the experience I had at your salon. Before the service began, I clearly explained the hair color result I wanted and specifically discussed having a more uniform color throughout most of my hair. Unfortunately, the final result was very different from what I understood had been agreed upon, with several noticeably different tones rather than the consistent look I was expecting. While I understand that beauty services can sometimes produce results that differ from expectations, my main disappointment was the way my concerns were handled afterward. When I raised the issue, I felt that my feedback was not treated with the level of professionalism and respect that customers should reasonably expect. Rather than feeling listened to or supported, I left with the impression that my concerns were being dismissed. What turns a disappointing service into a negative customer experience is not necessarily the mistake itself, but the unwillingness to acknowledge concerns and work toward a reasonable solution. In my experience, that opportunity was missed. I also have a very important occasion coming up soon, which is why this situation is particularly stressful for me. I would genuinely appreciate it if you could contact me and help find a prompt and reasonable solution to address the result before my event. This review reflects my personal experience only. I hope it encourages management to improve communication, customer care, and the way concerns are addressed when clients leave unhappy with the result. I remain open to resolving this matter directly and hope to hear from you soon.

6 months agoOne of the best hair experiences I’ve had in Dubai. Gorge is the best hairstylist he’s very skilled, patient, and detail-oriented. My hair looks stunning and the quality of work is top level. Highly recommended!
