Eiffel Tower beauty salon

If I could give this salon negative stars, I would. This is probably the worst salon I have ever visited. The place is extremely unclean, and the staff never seem focused or attentive. I went in and specifically asked for a light trim, but instead, I was given layers that are uneven, poorly blended, and honestly looked horrible. I’ve been crying for hours over this haircut because it genuinely feels like it can’t be fixed. I’m extremely disappointed. The waxing experience was also awful. There was so much tension and pulling that my hand actually started bleeding. On top of all of this, they charged so much for the services I received. I will never be visiting this salon again. I genuinely do not recommend it. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

After visiting this place for nearly 20 yrs, I got the disappointment that I never expected. I was charged for a treatment that I didn't request, as if they're only after money. Really it was disgusting. I shall never visit them again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had booked an appointment for a hairdo before an important function, but despite that, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes before they even started. The hairdo itself was the worst I’ve ever had—completely unprofessional and lacked perfection. They didn’t even use a setting spray, the entire look was spoiled because of the hair. I also got my eyebrows done, which was equally frustrating. The staff member kept talking throughout, saliva would occasionally spray out while she spoke. I later found out that two of my friends had similar experiences at the same salon. On top of that, both eyebrows turned out uneven. Got pedicure done before ,that service I found decent. However, given the poor experience with hair and eyebrow services, I would not recommend this salon.
