in the last weekAfter my previous review, the salon contacted me and invited my daughter back for a complimentary set of nails. I really appreciate that they reached out and gave us the opportunity to come back. I also want to clarify something from our first visit. My daughter originally chose a different nail design (the one in the photo), but we were told it couldn’t be done, so she chose an alternative instead. Unfortunately, the alternative still wasn’t done as requested, which is why I was so disappointed with our first experience. On our return visit, they were able to create the original design my daughter had wanted from the beginning, and they did a beautiful job. The technician listened carefully, paid attention to the details, and the finished nails are exactly what my daughter had hoped for. She’s absolutely thrilled with them. While our first experience wasn’t a positive one, I appreciate that the salon took the feedback seriously, reached out to us, and made things right. Thank you for your professionalism in resolving the situation and for giving my daughter the nails she originally wanted. My nail technician was incredibly skilled, paid close attention to detail, and made sure my nails looked absolutely perfect just like i wanted. Would definitely come back
