2 months agoFake ratings. Don’t fall for them like I did. I asked for a layered haircut with a curtain fringe and showed a reference photo. Instead, he just cut my hair shorter and simply added a fringe. When I pointed this out, he tried to adjust the curtain fringe but clearly didn’t know what he was doing and cut it unevenly. When I mentioned that the cut was not symmetrical, he blamed me and became rude and angry. When I asked how he could fix the unevenness, he lashed out and said, “Fix it? It’s already perfect,” insisting that this was what I had asked for. I explained that I wasn’t talking about the style, but about the way it was cut — it was clearly uneven. He even tried to cut my hair shorter to fix it, but I told him not to cut any more. Instead, he started blow-drying my hair as if that would somehow solve the problem, but it only made it even more obvious how uneven the cut was. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience!
