Scheduling was a breeze; the team was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I had to change my appointment time twice. Upon arrival, the welcome was exceptionally warm and friendly, with the owner, beautiful Mrs. Ranim, greeting me with such candid kindness that I immediately felt at ease. The waiting time was minimal, and the bright lighting, paired with pleasant background music, created a very positive energy throughout the space. The staff were the perfect blend of friendly and professional. However, the true star of my visit was Amor, the expert who has been taking care of my hands and feet for the past six years. Without a doubt, Amor is the best in Dubai, delivering a superior quality of service that is both professional and meticulous. Considering the five-star hotel venue, the prices are not the highest but are very reasonable for the level of luxury provided. My only critique—and the reason I cannot give a full five stars—is the flooring, which is in desperate need of repair. If the salon fixes this minor detail, it would easily be a flawless five-star destination. For now, I rate it four stars, with the hope that they address this soon.
