a week agoYesterday I visited first and last time this salon. In the morning I asked about price for manicure and was told that Russian gel manicure is 100 AED. After the service I was charged 150 AED and was told that next time I need to send pictures of my nails to get the price correct. When I asked if I will come again, what will be the price, the guy said “same -150”. So obviously they lied on their messages to attract a new customer. It is unacceptable. So you can never be sure how much they will charge you. My nails were done by Rosa and she did good job. They didn’t have change (of course!) so I could leave tips for Rosa so I left tips on the credit card for her. Not sure though if she will get those 20 AED as the guy who was charging me didn’t look like he cares much about the business, customers or staff.

a week agoI sent my gf there, what a horrible place Receptionist was clueless The wavy they did is by far the worst we have had in town. They burnt her hair TWICE. They didnt even care enough to apologize. Just do yourself a favor and skip this place.
