3 months agoMy eyebrows look so totally different to each other. One is square and one is round. I had a 6pm booking and she was doing someone else's appointment. I was on time and was waiting then asked her about my 6pm appointment. She then said oh I can quickly do you right now. She quickly did my brows in 5 minutes. And completely ruined them. I am new to the country and have been trying to find a reliable eyebrow lady since November. Not a good experience.

7 months agoNo experience with nails, very, very slow and confused regarding the process or products. My nails were in waves, not cleaned properly and not same level. Cleaners were called while I was there, and the staff were talking load and on speaker on the phone
