BRAU

It was my first time visiting Brau and I have heard a lot of great things about this place and was super excited to try it out. I was asked to be seated and wait until I get started, I waited around 9 minutes until they started the service. Service was good, I like how my brows look. However what I want to discuss is further than just the service. You see, first impression is everything, when I was asked to be seated no one offered me water or anything to drink (even tho I have waited for almost 10 mins and was on time for my appointment) - 3 customers who have entered after me, all of them got offered something to drink and explained what drinks they have while they waited for their service to start. Another point to mention i missed to mention is I am pregnant and with this weather, it wouldn’t have killed to at least offer some water. Anyway. It’s not about the drink, but about how it makes the customer feel like something may be wrong with them, and coincidentally being a UAE national while the other customers were from other nationalities made me wonder “can this be related to be being a UAE national”? I’m not saying it’s directly linked, but as an over-thinker myself I analyzed it this way. Also, their welcoming was way different than mine even tho once again, it was my first time. Overall the place is clean, nice, and it’s relaxing but sometimes small things like this can leave a huge impact on the customer.

[updated] Chloe & the Brau team are amazing! I went in originally for a lamination but wasn’t 100% sure about the results. They booked me straight in the same day for a touch up appointment. My eyebrows have never looked better!!
