2 months agoUnfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. Although the final result looked nice, I was concerned about the application technique. There was very little lash isolation, and the service felt extremely rushed. Whenever an extension needed to be adjusted or removed, it was pulled off instead of being carefully separated, which caused a painful tug on my natural lashes. The salon also had a noticeable odor, which made the experience less comfortable. Overall, I expected more attention to technique, cleanliness, and professionalism.
