AVOID THIS SALON: Fraudulent pricing, severe incompetence, and dishonesty. I came here based on an advertised price of 300 AED, which was explicitly confirmed by the staff before starting. Once the service was finished, they forced me to pay 700 AED, claiming my hair was "long." I have a short bob cut just a month ago—my hair barely reaches my neck. Their posted hair-length chart is completely fake and designed to scam customers at the counter. I witnessed other clients being subjected to the exact same price-trap while I was there. On top of the financial deception, the technical knowledge here is nonexistent: * The staff does not even know the basic difference between blue and purple shampoo. * They advised doing a hair treatment before coloring, which damages the hair and ruins both the treatment and the color retention. * The treatment was rinsed out on the same day and yielded zero results. I spent 5.5 exhausting hours in this salon for a terrible experience and an inflated bill. Charging 700 AED for this level of service is pure robbery when top professional stylists in Dubai charge similar rates for high-end work. I am formally contacting management today, and a complaint is being lodged with the Consumer Protection Department (DED) regarding their misleading practices and unauthorized price hikes. this is the number of the complain CMP-26-645190

I highly recommend La Beauté Mansion salon, it was my first time and after trying so many places in Dubai I can tell the difference with their quality of services and hospitality. They pay attention to every detail and request. The ladies are skillful and friendly. There's a high range of services without compromising the quality of any. I will come back soon.

Super nice staff It was recommended to me by a friend for thin hair cuts. The hair dresser was very nice The place is a bit old but the service is nice Very very affordable too

Very bad experience. I went to this salon yesterday for a manicure and hard gel pedicure. I spent around three hours there, which is already too long. The pedicure is acceptable, but the manicure is terrible. The gel is way too thick, and the nail shape is completely wrong. I had to tell the technician multiple times how to do my nails, but the result is still very disappointing. On top of that, after just one day, the product is already lifting from my nails. For the price I paid (300 dirhams), this is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon at all.
