in the last weekI’ve been going to Jen for three years now, and she always does such a fantastic job with my hair! She really takes the time to understand what I want and always has great suggestions (i.e., balayage!). I completely trust her with my hair and always leave the salon happy. Jen/team are also accommodating and always do their best to be available when I really need an appointment, which I truly appreciate. Pastel Salon itself is lovely and a convenient one-stop shop. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, all the ladies are so sweet and attentive, including the girls who wash your hair and always make sure you have a coffee/tea. After three years of consistently great experiences, I can highly recommend Jen and the whole Pastel team! ❤️

2 weeks agoI went in for a hair makeover and was advised to get full-head highlights. Despite paying a premium and returning twice to have the uneven colour corrected, I can still see a noticeably dark, uneven section underneath at the back. I’m disappointed with the final result. Their curly-hair styling technique could also be improved. However, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

a month agoI tried massage with Alia on my recent visit and it was good. For future appointments, it would help if the price and scope were explained and aligned up front between reception and the stylist/ technician , so expectations are clear and prices remain consistent under the same service

a month agoOpaline is the best lady you can find for braids. She is outstanding. The pictures speak for themselves. This was done in less than an hour with a picture I showed to follow. She did exactly the same, if not better. Show her any picture and she will do it!
