in the last weekI’ve been a regular client at this salon, so unfortunately this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked lash extensions and was assigned to a new technician. Before starting, she didn’t properly consult with me or check what style or result I wanted. I was lying down for around two hours, and when I finally saw the result, I was very unhappy with how my lashes looked. What disappointed me even more was how the situation was handled by the manager. When I explained that I wasn’t happy with the result, there was very little understanding or customer service. I was told my options were either to sit through another lengthy appointment to try to fix them, remove them, or pay. Both further work and removal immediately after a two-hour application were not options I felt comfortable with because I didn’t want to risk unnecessary stress or damage to my natural lashes. The manager ultimately told me, “either pay or remove it,” so I paid because I did not want any further work done on my lashes. As a regular customer, I expected the situation to be handled with much more professionalism, care and consideration. Mistakes can happen, especially with a new technician, but good customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, the way this was managed left me extremely disappointed.

The shape, color, and overall finish were exactly what I wanted. Dana was so precise and attentive, and I’m honestly obsessed with the results. Highly recommend her! 💕✨
