We had a really lovely experience with Abigail at &BROWS. The location was easy to find, and from the beginning she was friendly, patient and took the time to explain the brow process clearly. My mom was initially worried that the hybrid tint might come out too dark, so she discussed the shade with Abigail beforehand. Abigail reassured her that it wouldn’t look overly dark, and once the brows were finished, my mom actually loved the deeper colour and was really happy with the result. We were happy enough with the products and finish that we also purchased the eyebrow dye gel, cream developer and clear eyebrow gel that were used/recommended for my mom, so she can maintain the look at home. The studio itself is quite small, but it still feels cozy and comfortable. I do think a slightly larger space would make the experience even better, especially when there are multiple clients. It would also be nice if there were a bit more privacy or a partition between the women’s treatment area and any male visitors/clients, as that would make the space feel more comfortable. The main area I feel could be improved is the customer service communication before the appointment. I had asked a few questions through WhatsApp and had to repeat some of them because they were not answered the first time. Clearer and more complete communication when arranging appointments would make the overall experience much smoother. **Overall, Abigail herself was reassuring, informative and made my mom feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We were very happy with the brow result and the products we purchased🤎

Save yourself your money and time! You’d think this place is professional but they are not ! Horrible work with my eyebrows, I lost my arch, color is too dark, I had multiple cuts, they told me it would be an hour and they took two and a half! Why under delivery and over promising ? An amateur place, the manager was sitting there knowing I had a complaint she ignored it. Didn’t even apologize. They charge a lot for the poorest work. The staff that did my eyebrows and messed it up didn’t even apologize she just went and did another client. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I’m furious. Their biggest strategy is use influencers and offer them free treatments so you believe they actually liked it. Stay away!!!!

Abigail and Noor are both exceptionally talented at what they do. It is the best salon for brows that I’ve been to in Dubai. It’s hard to find skilled service with a homely and friendly vibe. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I trust both of them with whatever they suggest. The door is always open, which is reassuring. Highly recommend booking. It’s a must. They have my custom for the foreseeable, as long as I am here in the UAE!
