in the last weekAbigail is a true artist! I have struggled with my eyelashes before because they are long and straight meaning other people haven't been able to get them lifted. Not here! They are the best I have ever had and I really love them! I also had my first ever brow lamination. I was nervous because I didn't want a certain look but she completely understood and gave me such a great result. Massive confidence boost - I really love the result! The whole experience was so comfortable and really relaxing - I am sure I fell asleep a few times! Really was able to switch off. Will definitely be back! Thanks Abigail! 5* xx

2 weeks agoVery disappointing experience honestly. I cancelled my appointment one day in advance and simply rebooked for another day. However, their system didn’t reflect the cancellation, and instead of handling it professionally, the owner Abigail called me in a very rude and aggressive way, literally shouting and demanding advance payment for the cancellation. First of all, I’m 8 months pregnant and I cancelled because I wasn’t feeling well a bit of understanding and basic human empathy would have been expected. Instead, I received zero respect. Secondly, it’s not the client’s responsibility if your booking system is not working properly. I did my part correctly. The attitude was completely unprofessional and, on a human level, very disappointing. Definitely not the kind of service or treatment anyone should experience.
