Paid for Russian Tehnique, got something else. My experience was a bad one, as i booked for russian mani+pedi. I got a mani without cutting the cuticules and a pedi that i better not name it. Even if the ladies were super kind, i found out that the one who was doing pedi, is actually a maseour :). After i send the photos to whatsapp, the lady in charge, replyed with AI prompts, super dissapointing, at least use your own words. Anyways, i was given a re-do service, but o refuse it, as i left in holyday. Didn’t like any of what happend there.

The Ryanair of beauty salons Two stars, and only because the manicure itself was not too bad — although one of my nails chipped the very next day. I visited this salon three weeks ago and honestly, the pricing is not transparent at all. When I went to the cashier, the total was different from the price I had been given on WhatsApp when making the booking. I specifically asked the cashier if she was sure about the amount, and she insisted it was correct. I then asked her to check our WhatsApp conversation — and only at that point did she realise that they had actually quoted me a different price. The booking was for a manicure and pedicure, initially advertised at AED 250. I ended up paying almost AED 400 after all the additions, including removal, which is also charged separately. And AED 80 just for a French design on the hands? Honestly, that is ridiculous. Even genuinely premium/luxury salons don’t charge AED 80 for a French add-on. When I saw the price communicated for the French design, I genuinely thought it was for both the manicure and pedicure. The nail artist herself was nice and did a decent job — 8/10 by my personal scale, where 10 is the well known Russian salon with the trees in Al Barsha. But between the lack of transparency, the confusion at the cashier and the endless add-ons, I definitely won’t be coming back. Basically, it’s the Ryanair of beauty salons: the initial price looks great, and then every little thing costs extra.

I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. My two sisters and I came in together, and from the moment we walked through the door until we left, we felt genuinely looked after. Booking our appointment was quick and easy, and they were able to accommodate all three of us at the same time, which made the experience even more special. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a really premium feel. What stood out the most was the team. Every single person was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the start, and their attention to detail was outstanding. The level of professionalism is exceptional. You can tell they truly care about their work and take pride in delivering the best experience possible. The quality of the treatments exceeded our expectations, and we all walked out absolutely loving our nails. It’s not often that all three of us leave a salon equally happy, but this place managed exactly that. Three very happy sisters, and we’ll definitely be back.
