On my previous visit they had told me that I would have a voucher on my next visit without sending any email or sms and once I call her she keeps insisting that I have received an email and the voucher is expired. So you make me sound that I am a liar ? If my voucher was expired and it was mentioned to me then why would I call you? There’s not enough salons in Dubai ? Obvious lack of professionalism, not recommending this salon to anyone.
