a week agoUnfortunately, my experience at this salon was terrible. I got my hair dyed there, and half of it fell out in the sink right in front of me. Plus, it broke and was badly damaged. When I told her half my hair had fallen out, she said, "Your hair is dry and elastic!" So what? After you dyed it?! Then she said, "I told you so," and of course, nothing happened. All she said was that the color would turn out fine! So, logically, you told me my hair couldn't handle dyeing, that it would break and fall out, and I was supposed to agree?! From thick hair to thin hair. I expected a professional salon to assess the condition of my hair and ensure it was healthy before using dye, especially since the damage was so extensive and obvious.

I went all the way back to my natural hair color, and after all these years, when I finally decided to change it again, she did not disappoint. She took her time—9 whole hours—just to make sure we achieved the color I wanted without damaging my hair. 🥹🤍 The patience, care, and attention she puts into my hair is exactly why she’s the only one I trust.
