a month agoI have visited this salon three times now, and unfortunately I am not happy with the results. This time, I left with a clear burning sensation under my eyebrow that was painful and affected my appearance. My eyebrows were over-cleaned and shortened, which changed their natural shape You changed their natural shape to squares and you tell me not to worry, the burn will go away in two or three days?! even though I only requested a simple cleanup. I also tried two different technicians, who are often presented as the “best,” but both experiences were the same. There is a lot of talking and overconfidence, but not enough focus on the actual service. I paid 100 AED just for eyebrow waxing and 35 AED for tinting, yet the tint barely lasts 2–3 days instead of the promised 2–3 weeks. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and not worth the price for me.
