Very bad customer service! We were accused of coming late to our booking even when we arrived at the exact time. They were insisting we came at 7:34PM. Which i dont get, because we were sitting in the waiting area were all staff who accused us passed us by in that whole time. We felt embarrassed by how they accused us infront of many customers. Never coming back to this place.

My experience with this clinic has been disappointing. Today was my fourth session, and unfortunately, my skin has only gotten worse. I initially had a few minor breakouts, but now my acne has become much more severe and difficult to control. Every time I visit, I'm told to buy another product or medication and "give it a try." I've spent a lot of money following their recommendations, yet nothing has improved my skin. I'm writing this review not to attack anyone, but because I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect. As a paying client, I have every right to ask questions, understand the treatment plan, and know what medications or products I'm being asked to purchase. Instead of answering my questions professionally, the staff member became annoyed and raised her voice at me simply because I wanted to understand what I was paying for. I did not come here and spend my money to be treated disrespectfully. Every customer deserves clear communication, professional service, and basic respect.

Exactly services offered by the staff, very professional and tidy. They have a deep knowledge, with proper analysis they do your treatment. I'm one of there happy customer. I love the positive environment and suggestions they give keeping you in mind. Kudos to the team and a special thanks to dariya from Vietnam. thank you alot, excellent services rendered so far.
