4 weeks agoWhile I liked the final hair color, I’m very disappointed with how damaged my hair became after the service. I’ve bleached my hair before and never experienced this level of damage, especially since my hair was completely natural before this session. I feel like the process was too harsh or not handled properly. This experience was really upsetting, and I hope more attention is given to hair health in the future.
