a week agoToday was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a manicure appointment booked for 2:30 PM with Juliana at Dubai Mall, and I arrived early at 2:15 PM. I was then told by the administrator (a blonde woman, name unknown) that there would be a slight delay and asked if I could wait until 3:00 PM. I agreed. However, when I checked again at 3:05 PM, I was told to come back another hour later. The reason? The technician decided to continue with a previous client who requested additional services that were not even booked in advance. This is completely unacceptable. I booked my appointment properly through the app and arrived on time, yet my time was treated as unimportant. Instead of respecting scheduled appointments, they prioritized a client who extended their service beyond what was originally reserved. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the only response I received was a repeated “I understand” from the administrator, with no real solution or effort to resolve the situation. This shows a clear lack of respect for customers’ time and very poor management of appointments. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone expecting professionalism or basic courtesy.
