I will surely book again with her. for the massage, it was Hnin and even though its just 30mins, she really did amazing🫶 i will come back to have this service again.

I had been coming here regularly for the last 3–4 years, but ever since the management changed this year, the standards have completely gone downhill. Today was honestly the final straw. My appointment was confirmed twice yesterday, and I even had the Fresha confirmation message. Yet when I arrived, the receptionist, Chris, casually laughed and said they had “accidentally double booked” two people at the same time. No apology, no professionalism, no accountability — just complete mismanagement. The quality of the manicure and pedicure has also become really poor compared to before. In fact, friends I recently recommended this place to also complained about how bad the service quality has become. It’s disappointing because this place genuinely used to be good. But now, I would not recommend it to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning myself. If you care about professionalism, and basic service standards, I would strongly suggest avoiding this salon.
