a month agoThe worst experience so far. Definitely the lady who did my micro blading was not skilled. Even when you told her of the problem that the shape is uneven/crooked she just keeps on saying that it’s okay and was getting grumpy. I did my micro blading here one year ago and I was happy with the result but this time it was a total let down.

3 months agoGot a haircut done on April 30th after a protein treatment and when I checked the back of my hair at home it was completely uneven. The left side was longer than the right side. Cutting hair evenly should be the bread and butter of hairdressers but apparently not in this salon? They also give different prices to each client. As I was about to pay I was asked if I were given a price on the phone. I decided to say no, just to see if they’d be consistent, and she had increased it by 100 dirhams (from 299 on the phone to 399 in person). When I asked her about this price difference and why she’d give different prices to different clients, she was stuttering and felt exposed. This is so unethical and lousy. I will never come back.

3 months agoVery disappointing hair botox service. This was my second visit: the first was excellent with a very professional hairdresser, but this time I was told she had changed salons, and the difference is enormous. From the start, the hairdresser simply asked if the receptionist had given me the price and insisted on confirming it, without doing a full consultation or asking important questions like whether I had recently colored my hair. During the service, she burned my neck, and my hair color lightened considerably, which had never happened to me before (she used a very high temperature and poor-quality flat irons). A very bad experience.
