a month agoHonestly, I'm writing this after a terrible experience my wife had at this salon. She went in for a haircut and facial, expecting excellent service, but it was the complete opposite. From the very first moment, the staff's attitude was awful. There was no courtesy or concern for the client, which was very upsetting. The haircut was far from what she had ordered, and the execution was completely unprofessional. She left feeling upset and dissatisfied with her appearance. As for the facial, it was even worse. It was very clear that the products used were not genuine, which affected her and caused skin irritation after the session. Furthermore, the level of cleanliness and sterilization was very concerning and unsettling. As her husband, I was extremely upset by what happened, especially since my wife went in expecting to look her best and come home happy. Unfortunately, she left feeling very disappointed with the entire experience. Honestly, I will not go back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
