The hairdresser signed up for a bio perm and came 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I agreed on the prices for everything, but she had another client, and she said she thought I came for a test, although we agreed on the price in advance on WhatsApp. It's very unprofessional to treat clients. I cancelled all my appointments and came here, and she said I thought it was a test 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ very terrible service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

2 months agoI’d like to share my experience with the nail salon where I had my manicure and pedicure done. At first, I was absolutely delighted: the service was excellent, the work was neat, and the nail designs were beautiful. Unfortunately, after my last appointment, the top master, Dilya, over-filed my nails, causing serious damage to the nail plate. As a result, my nails are now in terrible condition—they’re weak, brittle, and constantly breaking. It’s very disappointing because I truly thought I had finally found my nail technician. Now I’ll have to spend the entire summer trying to restore my nails.
