The therapist was super professionell and kind, she included an extra thick layer (in the best way, not tacky!) to make my nails stronger although it wasn’t originally in the offer. My nails look super shiny and gorgeous. I can only recommend the salon!

9 months agoI would like to leave an honest review I hope the management can benefit from. I went to do japanese manicure. The tools they used were not clean especially the brush they used when cutting the cuticles it's is torn apart and I haven't noticed that until the very end after she used it on all my nails. Also she was rushed when doing the polish with the japanese paste she did not do it properly it was supposed to last for weeks based on what she said. the shine lasted only 5 days! Also I usually don't cut my cuticles due to hygiene purpose, she did not ask me if I want to cut them as the other nail salons do, she cut them right away. I figured that a nail salon in a luxurious hotel will be following basic regulations, but sadly it haven't with me. Honestly the shaping of the nails were perfect, but the other things were not.
