a week agoI had a very bad experience with this salon. I went there for a nanoplasty treatment, and the result was extremely disappointing. After the treatment, my highlighted hair became very fragile, elastic and started breaking with very gentle handling. The color also turned out completely different from what I expected, with a strong yellow/golden tone. I immediately raised my concerns about the damage and the color. I was told that the color would be corrected, but when I returned the following day, they only washed my hair and then told me to wait 15 days. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I paid for a professional service and expected professional care and a proper result. Instead, I was left with damaged hair and an unacceptable color. I would strongly recommend being very careful and asking detailed questions about the treatment, products and expected results before booking.

3 months agoMy wife had a hair color last week its was totally disappoint. She told them 100 time not to use bleach they said ok but they used it and spoiled her hair, these Nepali saloon are frauds Not worth paying.ill make sure I’ll raise complaint to concern authorities .One of the worst salon.

a year agoI did my long bob cut hair style yesterday from Ruby Salon and they did a fantastic job ❤️ They did the cut same as the photo which i showed them very patiently and my hair was done perfectly as what I expected 👏🏻 The staff were friendly and I will continue to visit their salon for all kinds of my pallor needs ❤️
