Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this salon specifically to get gel nails, but the service was so bad that I actually had to leave before they could even finish. The hygiene standards were honestly shocking. The tools did not appear to be properly sanitized between clients, and I saw the same tools being used from one person to another without proper cleaning or sterilization. The technicians were not wearing gloves, and they were working directly with their hands without maintaining proper hygiene. The nail work itself was also very poor. They struggled to create a clean and proper shape, and the whole process was extremely slow. I was there for much longer than expected, and despite all that time, the result was nowhere near professional. To make things even worse, I chose a specific manicure color, but when they brought it out, the product was already dry and could barely be used. The fact that the manicure products themselves are dried out says a lot about how the salon is being maintained. Overall, there was honestly nothing positive about the experience: poor hygiene, unprofessional service, extremely slow work, poor nail shaping, and products that were not even in usable condition. I ended up leaving without completing my service because I was simply not comfortable continuing. For a beauty salon, hygiene should be the absolute minimum, and unfortunately, this place did not meet even that basic standard. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.
