a week agoAs much as the Oriental Spa is 100/100 and every service is exceptional, we really feel the need to raise this issue again because it has become unbearable. For the past 8–9 months, the sewage smell in the salon has been terribly bad. Every woman who walks in to get her nails done has the same reaction, you can literally see the look of wanting to vomit on their faces, myself included. You can ask every technician about the comments they hear every 45 minutes. We have raised this issue so many times, but unfortunately, nothing seems to be changing. I genuinely don’t understand why this hasn’t been addressed properly yet. If it takes temporarily closing the salon to identify and fix the problem once and for all, then why not? Loyal customers will understand and would much rather see the issue properly resolved than continue coming into a salon with such a terrible smell. Please, I really hope you find a serious and permanent solution to this. Otherwise, you risk losing loyal customers simply because the smell is becoming too unpleasant to tolerate — which would be such a shame considering how amazing the salon and its services are.
