2 weeks agoI am honestly shocked by how my wife was treated at this branch. What is most disappointing is not just the poor service, but the complete lack of responsibility from management. There was no proper response from a supervisor or manager to de-escalate the situation or find a solution, despite a confirmed booking and a long waiting time. The lady who spoke to my wife was extremely unprofessional in her attitude and communication. Telling a customer “do whatever suits you” is unacceptable in any customer-focused business, especially in a service industry where professionalism and respect are expected as a minimum standard.

2 weeks agoVery disappointing experience at the Dubai Festival City branch. This is unfortunately not the first issue I’ve faced here, but this incident was unacceptable. I called in advance to book for myself and my sister under one name so we could sit next to each other, and this was clearly confirmed. When I arrived at 3:05 PM and reminded the receptionist, I was told it would be arranged. I was then informed only one seat was available and the second would be ready in 10 minutes. To avoid delays, I let my sister start first since her service takes longer. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes with no updates. During this time, the receptionist completely ignored me despite multiple attempts to get her attention. Eventually, I was told by another receptionist that I had to sit in a different room or the service wouldn’t be provided—despite my request being confirmed twice. The manager, Deniz, was called and was extremely rude and dismissive. No attempt was made to resolve the issue; I was simply told to move or leave. Her response of “Do whatever suits you” was highly unprofessional. Poor service, poor communication, and poor management. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope this branch seriously reviews how staff handle customers and confirmed bookings.
