I only come here for one person: Pervin. I honestly don’t let anyone else cut my hair because she is simply the best. She truly understands hair, knows exactly what haircut will enhance your beauty, and knows how to shape and style it according to your face. Her blow-dries are also magnificent. That being said, I do agree with some of the 1-star reviews regarding the rest of the staff. I feel the owner really needs to pay more attention to how the team is managed, because some staff members seem completely uninterested in whether the business does well or not. The exceptions are Pervin and Shusmi, who are both nice and professional.

I've been a loyal customer for years but they've changed their protocols and their customer service has turned terrible. They overcharge you for french in anyways and when u request a regular french they want to charge you double, even if you say you dont want a smiley french they will argue with you. And if you request a regular french they will purposely ruin it and make it look ugly to convince you that you need a smiley french.... They literally want to overcharge for 1 straight line which doesnt make any sense, their employees have such a terrible attitude and when you go complaining thinking something would be resolved they'll simply ignore you. If i could rate it a zero i would. Dont recommend it at all. Zero service, zero cleanliness and zero professionalism.

My favorite salon, always and forever! ❤️ It has always been my go-to place, and with all the new changes and updates, it feels even more beautiful, fresh, and welcoming.❤️❤️❤️
