2 months agoUpdate on my previous review : Unfortunately, this used to be my favorite salon in town. However, with the new policy requiring a single staff member to perform both the manicure and pedicure for each customer, the service has become much less convenient. Even when the salon is empty and other staff members are available, they refuse to allow two technicians to work simultaneously. As a loyal customer—and one of the first people to leave a positive Google review for the salon—I find this disappointing. The new rule significantly increases the time spent on each visit and negatively affects the overall customer experience. Because of this policy, I have decided to stop visiting this salon. After years of loyalty, they have unfortunately lost me as a customer. ——————————————————- Such a great place and service, everyone deserves to be treated as a princess and in this new branch you will feel it, very professional staff and I liked their service a lot as well as the prices, first time but definitely not last . من ارقى الصالونات اللي دخلتها ف المنطقة ، مكان نظيف وجو جميل وهادي وخدمة حلوة والاسعار مناسبه للجميع يستحقون التجربة وانا بالتاكيد ما راح تكون اخر زياره لهم👌👌👌

4 months agoReally bad salon. Very poor management. They have no fixed prices. They decide prices as per their mood and client and keep changing them. This is the first salon who charges double price of the polish for a glitter TOP COAT. Imagine you put polish and they ask you to pay DOUBLE if you put the Top coat. Also when you put polish the receptionist will keep asking which colour 50 times and then change the prices. Pathetic service
