Very disappointing experience. The day after getting my nails done, the entire coating peeled off while I was simply washing my hands. When it came off, my natural nails underneath were unusually shiny, as if a top coat had been applied directly to them, suggesting the application was not done properly. The exact same thing happened to my friend, who had her nails done at the same time. Despite the poor quality of the service, we were still charged the full price. It was definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this salon. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a salon. I had my nails done, but by the very next day they had completely come off as if they were press-on nails. I have photos as proof. It seemed that old or expired products were used because the nails did not last at all. On the same day I had my nails done, I traveled for my vacation, so I could not return immediately. When I came back after seven days, I explained everything and showed them the photos. Instead of helping me, the staff kept saying they didn’t know what to do. I asked to speak with the manager, but they said they did not have the manager’s phone number and gave me another number to call. It did not work. They then gave me a QR code to contact them on WhatsApp, but that also did not work. After that, they provided another phone number, which was also invalid. No one took responsibility or tried to resolve the issue. The quality of the service was extremely poor, and the customer service was even worse. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

If I could give this place a zero I would; I showed up having made an appointment and they said there is only 1 nail tech available with no one to service me. I left with no help or compensation, even though I had made the appointment a day prior.

I actually visited this nail salon a couple years ago while I was in Dubai, but I could never remember the name of it. From the start, they kept adding extra services without ever telling us the price, and we said no multiple times but they kept pushing more on us anyway. By the end, the lady literally grabbed my hand and my sister's hand and put them in the hand wax moisturizer bags, even after we said no so many times. We were both just confused, like we had clearly said no already. They also made us sign a form asking for our nationality, which felt strange. Looking back, I think that's part of how they decide who to push extra charges on. We all walked out of there so confused, honestly feeling scammed, and we still remember it to this day because of how crazy the whole experience was.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at NStyle Dubai Hills Mall. My mother-in-law visited for what she believed was BIAB hands and feet, and my two young children (aged 3 and 6) had simple nail painting. We were shocked to receive a bill of over AED 1,170. After reviewing the invoice, we found charges for services that were not clearly explained, including paraffin dips and an added tip, and the treatments billed did not appear to match what was expected. As customers, we trusted the salon’s recommendations and pricing transparency. We are now having to question and dispute the charges after the fact, which has left a very disappointing impression. We hope management reviews this matter properly and ensures clearer communication with customers regarding services and costs before treatment begins.

I hope management reviews this experience. I was charged 800 AED for a cut and blow, which came as a shock as I could not find pricing like this listed on the website. I also felt uncomfortable when staff strongly suggested that I could pay less if I paid in cash or transferred money to their personal bank account instead.
