The nail technicians are amazing! I loved my classic mani-padi with Novie and Olyn. They are clean, on time, very welcoming and highly recommend them if you are looking for a clean and neat service. The lady that did my eyebrows, Mawi, is a gem! Thank god I found her.

I can confidently say that this N Bar branch is the best one and my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I’ve been having my nails done by Ruks, Andrea, and Anabell for over four years, and they have never disappointed me. They are truly amazing at what they do, especially when it comes to French manicures. No matter what nail shape I choose, they always make it look perfect. I would also love to mention some of the other therapists I’ve visited over the years, including Meg, Maymay, Novie, Cindy and Cha. They have all been incredibly lovely and talented as well. A special shoutout to the reception team, especially Fercy, for always being so welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. Overall, I highly recommend getting your nails done here. The service, professionalism, and attention to detail are consistently outstanding, and you won’t be disappointed.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, especially for a salon I visit regularly. Today, on the first day of Eid, I had my nails done and went to pay, expecting to receive my usual Esaad or City Walk Resident discount. I was then informed that the discount did not apply today. The issue is not the money. It is the principle. This restriction is not mentioned on the N.Bar app, nor is it communicated when customers arrive. If discounts are suspended on certain days, customers should be informed clearly in advance — not surprised at the payment counter. What was even more disappointing was being told that “our regular customers already know.” I am a regular customer, and I certainly did not know. I run a customer-service business myself, and I would never treat my clients this way. Having a policy is your right. Communicating it transparently is your responsibility. A simple notice on the app, at reception, or even a sign at the entrance would have avoided this entire situation. Ironically, the salon was almost empty. Experiences like this do not build loyalty or trust. They leave customers feeling misled and undervalued.
