3 weeks agoI was given an appointment at 8:10 PM for a gel polish service. I told the staff member that I would send her a picture of what I wanted and asked her to contact me on WhatsApp. She said she didn’t have WhatsApp and would contact me from another number, but no one ever contacted me. When I arrived at the salon for my appointment, I was told that there was not enough time to do the service I had booked and that I should come back another day because they couldn’t do it for me. This was very disappointing and a complete waste of my time. If the service could not be done within the booked appointment time, I should have been informed before coming to the salon. The communication and appointment management were very unprofessional.
