3 months agoI had a wonderful experience at the glass house. The salon is stunning, and the staff are friendly. I absolutely loved my wash and blow dry by Stella she did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

2 months agoWe received very good treatments from Stella. She is all smile and really car about her customers. She perfectly handle textures hair and Caucasian hair. We recommend the salon!

7 months agoI had a disappointing experience at this salon. 1. Super slow: It took 2.5 hours for a simple acrylic removal and French tip manicure 2. No one knows the prices : Three staff members had to discuss among themselves to figure it out, 500 AED was quoted for a French tip. I refused to pay this given the quality, and paid 100AED. 3. Disorganized: Multiple people were involved in such a simple job, but no one took responsibility for issues like not having the right materials available 4. Misleading Marketing: The services and products shown on Instagram weren’t available in the salon (they don’t have any of those gel colors or wigs) Overall, the experience was slow, overpriced, and poorly managed

2 months agoBeautiful salon and great care and treatment taken, Especially by Stella!! I walked in for a cut and blowdry and Stella able to fit me in no problem or issue. I left with a beautiful curly/curled blowdry as desired. Thanks so much Stella !

4 months agoI usually dont like to leave bad reviews but I had an appointment at 2pm and left at 4:30pm (not exagerrating) just for gel removal. That’s not the first time being disappointed. That’s sad cause the staff is very kind and the salon beautiful but unfortunately we pay for the service.
