6 months agoI used to go there for long time and then they changed the policy they said « you have to pay cash cause their machine never works » I knew it’s kinda a scam but I didn’t have a choice cause I have a baby and I don’t have time so I was still going , now that I wanted to book before I travel they were literally ignoring , which is extremely rude !! I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND I DON’T ADVICE ANYONE TO GO THERE !

9 months agoI had my nails done today, great salon and very good results. Everyone is nice and friendly. The salon is nicely decorated and clean, feels a relaxing experience. Thanks to Janice and Janna, they did great nails and hand & feet massage. The receptionist is so lovely too. I will come back again, I recommen this saloon. Thanks for all.

a year ago⭐️ Worst experience I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon, regularly coming here for my nails and eyebrows, and until today, I’ve mostly been satisfied with the service. However, my first lash extension experience turned into my worst experience ever, and I feel compelled to share what happened. The lash technician I was assigned was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire appointment. Since it was my first time, my eyelids were moving a lot. Instead of being patient or reassuring, she became passively aggressive, expressing frustration and telling me it was “very difficult” for her to work with me. She then asked if I had coffee that morning, and I told her I had two cups. In a condescending, lesson-giving tone, she told me, “See, that’s why you shouldn’t be drinking coffee—it’s because of the caffeine.” I explained that no one had informed me beforehand, and if I had known, I wouldn’t have had coffee. But instead of understanding, she spoke as if I had committed a mistake or a crime, despite me being unaware. I explained clearly what I wanted and provided her with four specific examples from TikTok, emphasizing that I didn’t want a heavy curl and preferred a minimal curl with a cat-eye shape. Despite this, she didn’t explain any curl options and proceeded to apply the heaviest possible curl, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid. When I pointed out that the curl was too intense, she dismissively said, “You did not tell me, İ have followed the pictures.” This felt like an excuse for ignoring my instructions. I asked her to add a little to the sides to create a more defined cat-eye effect, but she did it however it suited her, disregarding my request. At one point, I asked her to replace the curl with a lesser one (C-curl) after finishing the first eye and even offered to pay for the replacement, making it clear that it was never about the money. Despite having plenty of time (as I only requested a 3D extension, which doesn’t take long), she refused and told me, “Better other technician continues with you because for me it’s very hard since your lid moving.” Essentially, she refused to do my eyelashes properly, even though she had the time and I had explained everything clearly. During the process, she also gave me a fan to hold over my eyelids. I held it for about 10 seconds, but when she asked me to look in the mirror, I set it down briefly. As soon as I did, she shouted at me, saying, “No! Hold the fan on your eye!” in a commanding and rude tone. This was extremely unpleasant and added to the discomfort. Throughout the session, I felt like she was constantly giving me lessons, as if I was doing everything wrong. After adding too much on the sides and making my lashes appear to be chunky, İ told her that one side looked heavier than the other, she insisted it was fine and removed only one lash on each side and refused to make further adjustments. İ insisted that it still looks chunky, but she commented “ok mam, you are fine now”. The lack of care, respect, and professionalism was shocking. To make matters worse, when I told her that I’d ask for a lesser curl next time, she responded in a dismissive and rude manner, saying, “Yes ma’am, if you find a technician next time, ask for the C-curl.” I reported the issue to the reception, and I plan to contact the salon owner about this. I’ve never experienced such disregard for customer satisfaction in all my visits. While my previous experiences with nails and brows were positive, this lash appointment was unacceptable and left me deeply disappointed. I hope this feedback encourages the salon to address this behavior and improve the quality of their lash services. No customer should ever feel dismissed, disrespected, or spoken to in such a condescending manner.
