a month agoUnfortunately, this was a disappointing experience for me. I booked a gelish manicure and pedicure, but the technicians arrived with only three gel colors, which was not communicated in advance. I was also charged extra for gel removal without prior notice. This was not the standard gelish manicure you usually get in Dubai. It felt more like a basic nail polish service, both in terms of process and final result. The service took around two hours, the application was uneven, and I experienced a few cuts. Considering the price paid, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to help others decide.

9 months agoI used to go there for long time and then they changed the policy they said « you have to pay cash cause their machine never works » I knew it’s kinda a scam but I didn’t have a choice cause I have a baby and I don’t have time so I was still going , now that I wanted to book before I travel they were literally ignoring , which is extremely rude !! I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND I DON’T ADVICE ANYONE TO GO THERE !

a year agoI had my nails done today, great salon and very good results. Everyone is nice and friendly. The salon is nicely decorated and clean, feels a relaxing experience. Thanks to Janice and Janna, they did great nails and hand & feet massage. The receptionist is so lovely too. I will come back again, I recommen this saloon. Thanks for all.
