a month agoI had visited the saloon had an emergency event wanted to do my nails and I stay in the same building i went to the saloon asking for my nails to be done as there was no one at the moment to do lady at the reception ask me to wait fair enough said will wait just actually asked her like how long so I will just be aware that’s it so she told me 10 mins or more then one lady with short hair boy haircut maybe from Philippine she answered me rude saying “YOU CAN NOT JUST WALK IN AND CAME WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE” that behavior of the stuff wasn’t acceptable full of attitude this is how customers are treated it’s a saloon sometime pple just can in suddenly you should welcome pple now it’s like only I should come on invitation base there is 2 more saloon on the same floor I don’t go there I choose to come there but after this will not ever come bck BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
