Honestly the worst salon I’ve been to. They lack the proper skills and tools, it’s also not very hygienic. It takes 45 minutes normally for refill acrylic, in this salon it took 2 hours - it was the by far slowest refill I’ve had and also with a bad result. The result turned out very uneven and wavy as the acrylic was not properly buffed out and filed after application. So I asked to have it smoothed out and I got it reshaped to a much slimmer sharp shape that I had not requested. Which took 10 minutes per finger, this usually takes seconds. By then I gave up. And left without nail polish and different shaped nails so I had to go home and fix as much as I could and paint myself. My cuticules was also damaged as she cut too deep and uneven so I am still in pain 2 days later. I had pedicure at the same time which was also disappointing. Feet were not properly filed. And unfortunately they never dried as I was told, so the nail polish was ruined and I had to repaint them as well. The drier was barely functioning, all the tools seemed out of date. They charged me 420 aed, for an unfinished service, and hours wasted time. The next day I went to another salon who fixed it for me and had to pay extra to extend the nails that were different shapes. So completely wasted time and money in the end. You expect better in Dubai mall.

I had a terrible experience at NStyle Dubai Mall. They charged almost double the regular price for fake nails, but the quality was awful. One of my nails fell off in less than 24 hours! When I called to explain and asked them to fix it, instead of taking me in as an unhappy customer, they told me I needed to book another appointment, as if it was my fault. I ended up going to the nail salon near my house where they kindly fixed it for free. For the price they charge, you’d expect professionalism, quality products, and good customer care, unfortunately, this salon failed on all three. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Incredible service. Positive energy. Amazing staff. Ghadeer and Reem’s hospitality was so warm and beyond expectations. I would revisit this salon just because of how professional and warm they are. I would give this experience a 100000 out of 10 because of them ❤️❤️

"If there was a rating lower than one star, I would have given it. The service was unprofessional and unhygienic. The staff were untrained and lacked professionalism. I requested one service but was given a completely different one. The place was broken, with dirty marble flooring — it felt like an old street, not something you'd expect in Dubai Mall., a very disappointing experience."
