3 weeks agoI was previously satisfied with the salon and continued to get eyelash extensions. However, my experience with nail and eyebrow services was extremely disappointing. Before my nail treatment, I repeatedly asked if the technician could handle my long nails and the hard gel enhancement. I was assured there would be no problems. However, just two weeks after the procedure, my nails were damaged: cracked, broken, and peeling. I haven't seen results of this quality in years. Also, I had previously had eyebrow lamination at the same salon, and my eyebrows were severely damaged. I have transplanted eyebrows, and they haven't recovered even two months after the procedure, which is critical for me. After the holidays, I contacted the salon to discuss both situations. I didn't ask for a refund, but simply wanted to understand the possible solutions. Unfortunately, there was no constructive dialogue or feedback from management regarding any of these situations. When I asked to call them, I was coldly refused. I think it's important to share this experience.
