2 weeks agoThree serious concerns that management should urgently address: 1. Poor quality of dental work. The female filipina dentists,( Appointment date around september 2024) appeared to have very heavy hands. After my bridge placement, the abutment tooth became extremely sensitive for about six months. The bridge itself also became loose within eight months and fell off twice, requiring recementation by another clinic. When I returned after a year( December 2025) to seek correction, I was informed that the dentist was no longer with the clinic, so I had to consult a different dentist. This raises concerns about both treatment quality and continuity of care. 2. Unacceptable clinic hygiene During my visit, ( December 2025) there was a strong ammonia-like, old urine smell in the clinic. This gives a clear impression of poor sanitation. If the environment itself is not well maintained, it is difficult to trust the sterility and safety of the instruments and clinical procedures. 3. Unprofessional and rude behavior The Indian male dentist who attended to me (Dec 2025), was extremely rude and dismissive. His manner lacked basic professionalism and patient respect, making it feel as though patients were an inconvenience rather than clients receiving care. In summary: My experience reflects poor quality dental treatment, inadequate cleanliness, and unacceptable customer service. These are critical issues that require immediate attention from management to protect patient safety and restore trust.

a month agoDelay, delay, delay. I had a very disappointing experience with the dental service at Dynamic Medical Care. My tooth filling was done three times, and each time it came out. Eventually, I was advised to get a crown. This recommendation should have been made from the beginning instead of repeatedly doing fillings and charging me 150 for a procedure that clearly was not effective. When the crown was finally advised, I was told it would be ready in 5–6 days. Today is already the 11th day, and it is still not available. I was instructed to come at 2:00 PM, only to be told later that I would need to wait until 4:00 PM, with no clear explanation. There is very poor coordination between the clinic and the patient. No one proactively informs you about delays or the reasons behind them—you have to keep calling and following up yourself. Overall, there is a lack of care coordination and communication. This clinic was recommended to me by a friend, but based on the service I received, I do not think I will be coming back.
