I went to this salon and honestly loved it. After just the first session, I could already see results, which really impressed me. It was also completely painless, which I was a bit worried about before going. The whole staff is amazing — super friendly and professional. The receptionist is especially great, always replying quickly, being very helpful, and making the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable. Overall, everything just felt easy and well taken care of. I’m definitely becoming a regular client now!

I went to this clinic by recommendation for treating melasma.The reception tried to sway with Dec offers and got me to pay three session money upfront.Got the treatment for PRP using meso as a offer bundle.Resulting in no use my cheek melasma marks are still there rather darker due to skin abrasion by PRP , I constantly inquired on TXa which they claimed not available and rather expensive.The nurses are polite and skilled. Go to this clinic only for laser hair removal ,botox not fit to invest on pigment related skin issues money dump no results.Not to reccomend pigment issues.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your customer service. I have been a loyal client for the past five years, and until now I have never encountered an issue of this nature. During my recent appointment, I arrived slightly late due to unavoidable circumstances. Instead of being treated with understanding, I felt as though I was being punished for the delay. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and even the rescheduling process was poorly managed. Additionally, the machine used during my appointment was in very poor condition and caused an unnecessary delay of approximately 20 minutes. This delay was entirely outside of my control. Despite this, the staff placed the blame on me and attempted to instruct me on what I should say, which felt inappropriate and disrespectful. As a long-term client, I expected a higher standard of service, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations and left me extremely disappointed. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review how such situations are handled in the future, especially with long-standing clients.

My experience at the beauty center was absolutely fantastic! 🌸 I had laser hair removal sessions there, and honestly, the results exceeded my expectations. The place is clean and tidy, and the service is incredibly professional from the moment you enter until the end of your session. The staff are very friendly, especially the young lady named Samra, who makes you feel comfortable. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and I didn't experience any discomfort. I'm so happy with the results, and I'll definitely continue my sessions there. I highly recommend them to any woman considering laser hair removal without hesitation.
