3 weeks agoWorst Botox experience I’ve ever had. I was left with a noticeable bruise on my eye just days before I’m supposed to attend a wedding. Despite clearly being in pain during the procedure, no numbing cream was applied. What was even more upsetting is that the doctor didn’t inform me that a bruise had already appeared — I only discovered it myself with shock when I looked in the mirror afterward. Customer service was extremely disappointing. I informed the doctor that I would be traveling abroad and returning in 4 weeks, yet no effort was made to offer a follow-up or touch-up appointment (which is usually standard after about 2 weeks). Given the severity of the bruising and ongoing pain, I expected at least some level of care or concern — but there was none - just asked to message some assistant on instagram to let her know what cream i will apply. She is the Dr. she should advise ! crazy ! Overall, I felt like there was no regard for patient comfort or satisfaction. I would not recommend.

3 months agoI tried the Lymphatic Drainage Massage at this clinic and honestly it was such a great experience 🤍 The therapist was very professional and made me feel super comfortable from the first minute. The technique was gentle but very effective — I felt lighter and less bloated right after the session. The clinic is clean, organized, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. You can really tell they know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend ✨

However my treatment was quick and went very smoothly. Not only that, but the results were immediate and my skin looks clear as day. 100% recommend!
