a month agoI want to clarify that this review is not about the doctor. I have been a regular patient at this clinic and I have always been satisfied with the results. My concern is with the communication and the way I was treated by the receptionist. Throughout my previous visits, I often felt uncomfortable during my interactions with the receptionist. I chose to overlook those experiences because the quality of the doctor’s work has always outweighed them. Unfortunately, this time I can no longer ignore it. Since May, I have been trying to book an appointment. Over the past several weeks, I repeatedly called the clinic and sent multiple WhatsApp messages, yet I received no response whatsoever. What made this even more frustrating was seeing friends and family members receive immediate responses and successfully book appointments during the same period. After weeks of trying to reach the clinic, I finally received a call back today after i called again. I explained that my concern was never the appointment availability itself, but rather the complete lack of communication and the fact that my messages had been ignored. Instead of acknowledging my concern, I was simply interrupted by the receptionist and she said “So you called only to say why I don’t answer?”. I then requested to speak directly with the management/ doctor. Before I could finish explaining she ended the call while I was still speaking. I would appreciate the opportunity to communicate directly with the clinic’s management, as every patient deserves respectful communication and should be allowed to voice their concerns without having the call abruptly terminated.
