2 months agoAvoid this place at any cost! Waste of money! Paid 3k for full body hair removal, avoided sun and activities for 6-7 months as per all recommendations. Had done the full course, completely NOTHING has changed. Be prepared that they will say that its your hormone problem, because apparently thats the only answer they have. 1. Specialists are not professional (Anou was the best out if all though) other do the procedure in 5 minutes 2. Admins (blond russian girl) was a disaster at service, several times made a mistake with bookings or made me wait for 20-30 minutes, not even one apology, no smile, no coffee or water, completely nothing. 3. No wonders, because management doesnt even care about their customers and reputation, didn't even reach out to me when i told them about the situation. Complete ignore. Lowest class. Now im even paranoid that they were using safe machine on my skin. As per other reviews it looks awful. Worst experience ever. And believe me, i saw many places.

11 months agoIt’s a scam and absolute disrespect towards client! The center decided to shut down and no refund was made to me. I provided all my bank details. Instead of a refund, I got a call on Saturday morning “you must come to our office to get a refund today”. This must be reported to authorities.

11 months agoIt’s scam of money. I got package and no one explained about any exp date ! Now I had agreed to have last appointment for what I paid on 31 May and they reply to me now that it’s over and I don’t get anything . No laser and no money ! I paid for package on full as they wanted! It’s horrible How it’s even legal ?

11 months agoTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I purchased a package of 1400 dhs for 3 sessions, I haven’t even utilized 1 session and they just decided to shut down without informing the customers. The management is extremely rude and not opening to listen to the issues or provide any solutions. Instead talking about ethics and teaching me about legalities.
